What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Lincoln Aviator?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a careful inspection of the cabin, electronics, and overall condition. Because this model leans heavily on comfort and technology, you’ll want to make sure every feature works as expected and that the interior shows normal wear for the mileage. A pre-purchase inspection is especially worthwhile if you’re comparing multiple listings and want to avoid hidden issues.

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find value.

• Deal availability: 33.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,346 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.71% compared with last year.

What is the 2022 Lincoln Aviator's resale value?

The current average of $34,328 sits slightly below last year's $41,213.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable point in the cycle. If you plan to resell later, the current softness may limit near-term upside, but it can also make your entry price more attractive. Strong owner satisfaction can help support demand when it’s time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Lincoln Aviator or consider a different year?

• Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.71% compared with last year.

Consider the 2023 if:
