Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Ford Transit Passenger?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can afford to be choosy while still finding worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 533 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.29% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 84.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $34,326, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Ford Transit Passenger's resale value?

The current average of $35,141 sits slightly below last year's $38,739.

That price movement suggests the model has become more accessible for buyers, but it also means a future seller may need to price competitively to stand out. If you buy near the lower end of the current range, you may have a better chance of limiting depreciation exposure later. Strong condition and clean history will matter more if you want to protect resale value.

Should I buy a 2022 Ford Transit Passenger or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 84.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.29% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2022 is a sensible primary choice if you want a year with a softer price trend and a decent pool of listings to compare. If you're especially price-sensitive, you may want to cross-shop nearby years and focus on the cleanest, best-priced example rather than locking onto this year alone.
