How much does the 2022 Chevrolet Camaro cost?

Prices have held steady compared to this time last year, signaling a stable and predictable market for this model year.

There are 1,470 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Camaro a good car?

Yes — the 4.5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise its great performance, sleek design, and impressive power, and many also like the added convenience of Apple CarPlay. For you, that means the Camaro fits best if you want a compact, rear-wheel-drive performance car with a recognizable muscle-car feel and a strong emphasis on driving enjoyment. The market also shows 33.8% of listings as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 Chevrolet Camaro reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback points to a car that owners enjoy living with, especially when it comes to performance and everyday features like smartphone connectivity. That kind of positive ownership experience can be a useful sign if you want a used car you can count on over time. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the specific car you choose has been cared for well and checked thoroughly before you commit.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Chevrolet Camaro?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 76.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should start with a history report so you can confirm accident status, title history, and prior ownership patterns. After that, prioritize a careful inspection of the car’s condition, especially if you’re considering a performance-oriented example that may have been driven hard. Focus on the overall wear, maintenance records, and whether the car feels consistent with the mileage and asking price.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Chevrolet Camaro?

This looks like a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting a deep bargain on every listing.

• Deal availability: 33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,470 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 76.3% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $37,052, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Chevrolet Camaro's resale value?

The current average of $39,848 sits slightly below last year's $40,083.

That small decline suggests the Camaro has held value fairly well rather than swinging sharply in either direction. For a future seller, that kind of stability can make pricing easier because the market has already shown a consistent range. If you buy carefully and keep the car in strong condition, you may have a better chance of attracting buyers who want a performance car with broad appeal.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Chevrolet Camaro or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 76.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $33,960, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $39,848 average.
• It delivers classic muscle-car appeal with strong driving enjoyment.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2022 if you want the stronger current-market balance of price stability, inventory depth, and owner satisfaction. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2021 is the better value-focused alternative.
