Used 2022 Buick Enclave for Sale nearEl Paso, TX

How much does the 2022 Buick Enclave cost?

Prices have softened 14.68% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,833 listings available, which suggests you should have a workable selection to compare.

Is the 2022 Buick Enclave a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Buick Enclave earns a 4.67/5 user rating and a 7/10 expert rating. The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel, Performance, and Form and function.

User feedback repeatedly points to a quiet cabin, smooth ride, and spacious interior, with comfort and a premium feel standing out. The expert review also highlights the Enclave’s relaxed, family-friendly character and its upscale presentation after the freshening.

The main trade-offs are poor value for money and poor fuel economy, so you should weigh comfort and space against running costs. That makes the Enclave a better fit if you want a calm three-row SUV for daily family duty rather than a bargain buy.

Good and great deals account for 37.2% of listings, so there is still some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 Buick Enclave reliable?

Owners rate it 4.67/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback describes the Enclave as reliable, comfortable, and trouble-free in day-to-day use, with many owners appreciating its long-term appeal. The expert review also emphasizes Buick’s quiet and smooth driving character, which supports the sense that this is a vehicle built for easy ownership.

Buick also includes the first scheduled maintenance visit at no charge, which helps reduce early ownership friction. For used buyers, the bigger long-term risk is not outright dependability so much as higher repair exposure if you buy a poorly maintained example.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Buick Enclave?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 82.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the vehicle history report carefully, because accident-free listings are not the same as problem-free listings. A pre-purchase inspection should focus on the cabin electronics, safety systems, and overall condition, especially if the vehicle has higher mileage or visible wear. Since this model is aimed at comfort and family use, interior condition and evidence of regular maintenance matter a lot.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base trim is missing some of the richer comfort and convenience touches found higher up, while the top trim adds its own unique grille, fascias, body-colored lowers, taillamps, and 20-inch wheel design.
• Powertrain: The Enclave uses a 3.6-liter V6 with a nine-speed automatic, with front-wheel drive standard and all-wheel drive available on all trims.
• Safety package: Buick Driver Confidence Plus is standard on all trims and includes automatic emergency braking, forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, lane-change alert with blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic warning, lane-keeping assistance with lane-departure warning, rear park assist, following-distance indicator, and automatic high-beam headlights.
• Infotainment: The system includes an 8-inch touchscreen on Essence, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless phone charging, and navigation on Premium and Avenir; Premium and Avenir also get a larger 8-inch reconfigurable driver information display.
• Fuel efficiency: The Enclave returns 21 mpg combined in front-wheel-drive form and 20 mpg combined with all-wheel drive.

Which 2022 Buick Enclave trim should I buy?

The 2022 Buick Enclave is offered in 3 trim levels: Essence, Premium, Avenir.

Here's the short version:

• Essence: This is the value play because it brings the newly standard safety tech, the V6, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, and the core Enclave comfort experience without pushing the price too high.
• Premium: This is the best-value upgrade if you want more convenience and tech, since it adds navigation, the larger driver display, and more premium audio and safety equipment.
• Avenir: This is the pick if you want the most upscale Enclave, with the unique exterior treatment, richer interior details, standard climate-controlled front seats, and heated second-row captain’s chairs.

The safety package is standard across the lineup, but Premium adds more advanced features, so it is the trim to target if you want the strongest mix of value and equipment.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Buick Enclave?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop with some leverage if you compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 37.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,833 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.68% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 82.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $26,460, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Buick Enclave's resale value?

The current average of $26,575 sits slightly below last year's $31,147.

That decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer but may limit near-term upside if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at a strong price, you reduce the risk of taking a bigger depreciation hit later. The Enclave’s comfort-focused appeal should still help it attract family buyers, especially if it is well kept and equipped with desirable features.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.67/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2022 Buick Enclave safe?

The 2022 Buick Enclave earns Good ratings in most IIHS crash tests and an Acceptable rating in the updated side-impact test.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Buick makes the Buick Driver Confidence Plus package standard on all trims, and it includes automatic emergency braking, forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, lane-change alert with blind-spot warning, rear cross-traffic warning, lane-keeping assistance with lane-departure warning, rear park assist, following-distance indicator, and automatic high-beam headlights. Standard safety equipment also includes a Safety Alert driver’s seat, a rear-seat reminder system, and an HD reversing camera.

Premium trim adds enhanced automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, a surround-view camera, head-up display, and rear pedestrian alert. NHTSA has not published full crash-test ratings for this model year, though it does list four-star rollover resistance.

Should I buy a 2022 Buick Enclave or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 37.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 82.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.68% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.67/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• Buick made standard driver-assistance and safety technology a major part of the 2022 update.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $23,166, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $26,575 average.
• It is especially appealing in its top trim level.

The 2022 is the better choice if you want the updated styling, stronger standard safety tech, and the newer cabin and infotainment changes. If your priority is simply paying less, the 2021 can still make sense, especially if you find one in strong condition and can live with its older tech and weaker value proposition.
