Why it stands out
The 2021 RAM 3500 distinguishes itself in the heavy-duty truck market primarily due to its powerful Cummins turbo diesel engine, which enables class-leading towing and payload capacities. Many owners express high satisfaction with its performance, particularly appreciating its ability to handle heavy loads and its comfortable ride compared to competitors. The spacious cabin adds to its appeal, although some drivers note that it could be made more accommodating for taller individuals. While the RAM 3500 has evolved from a purely work-focused vehicle to a well-rounded daily driver, it still maintains its heavy-duty truck credentials. Buyers are drawn to its combination of power, technology—like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto—and robust safety features, although some may find the lack of certain conveniences, like a security alarm, to be a minor downside.

This is the truck that I wanted and need. It is bigger than what I have driven but it is working very well and I am happy with this truck.

Very happy with the Ram 3500. It’s impressive how well it tows and handles with a lot of weight behind it

At 6’ 5”. The cab could be bigger. And the front seats could go down and back further. Also needs telescope steering wheel. The 1500 has seamed to resolve these issues. Hopefully they will transfer new cab to 2500/3500 trucks soon. Been happy with all of my dodge/ram products since 2015. They have really stepped up the game. And seams like car/truck people design these vehicles. Highly recommend

Megacabs are great trucks. A firm ride with enough room for a 6-1 to lay down and sleep. The front axle is superior to Ford or Chevy and I have owned all three.
