That unit also brings navigation with traffic information. Mercedes-Benz offers a Pro Connect option for the Metris, which adds a SIM card for connectivity services and an LTE internet connection to be used for the Emergency Call System. Though it’s a cargo van at heart, Metris buyers can opt for several features to improve the in-vehicle experience. A $536 Driver comfort package adds lumbar support to both seats, while a $685 Driver efficiency package brings fog lights and cruise control. Other standalone options allow buyers to add windows, cargo area protection systems, upgraded wheels and tires, and more. It’s also important to note that the vans can be upfitted for use by HVAC and plumbing specialists, electricians, delivery drivers, and for general services. The 2021 Mercedes-Benz Metris is on sale now with a starting price of $32,630 before destination. The longer wheelbase Metris starts at $33,155.
