Dealer was very nice and knowledgeable. I had to keep following up with them to get the ball rolling after I was told they will follow back up with me on an appraisal value for my trade. No business transaction with this dealer. They dropped the ball but was willing to give them a second try.

Definitely pleasant to work with. I didn't buy here because I chose to buy new instead, but they definitely answered all questions in a timely manner.

I had gotten pre approved on the app. They contacted me and asked me to fill out their credit application. They then called me back to set up a test drive. Let me take the truck, but then stated I wasn't approved and that I needed much more money down! If that were the case, why call me to come in the next day after receiving my paperwork, let me take the truck, and then state I need to put more money down. A complete waste of 2 days!!

The dealer sent me a price offer. I agreed and filled out the credit app. The dealer then told me the car had been sold 5 days prior. Which was not true. The car was re listed at a much higher price.

Bombarded me with useless emails, repeatedly asking for my phone number, and refusing to answer the basic pre-screen questions I asked on the inquiry. Typical car dealer e-commerce mess where you have four different people contacting you in uncoordinated fashion.

1. Liked dealer’s straightforward way to Sell the car 2. Was ready to have the test drive and sign the paper to buy the car the same day 3. But, for some unknown reason, the email to arrangement the test drive was neglected by dealer 4. Still like the dealer, but suddently lost the motivation to buy this car

Not great. The dealer was rude and a lot of his messages and calls were confusing. I went to fill out the form to apply for the car and the website is not even secure. I texted the dealer telling him I didn’t feel safe entering my social security into a non secure platform, to which I was ignored. The dealer just never got back to me at all. Unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

Bait and switch masters. Contacted them about a truck to make sure it was still in stock Reggie assured it was available. Trucks was not at dealership. He and his sales manager got very rude after I wouldn’t try to make a deal on a 10k more expensive truck. Took over 30 minutes to get my keys to my truck back after I said I wasn’t going to buy from them.

Phone contacts were friendly and professional.

The salesman that helped me out was Reggie. He was great. I let him know ahead of time that I was on my way and he was already outside with my car when I arrived. As a first time buyer, he made the process as smooth and comfortable as one could hope.

Asked if they would take a certain amount for a vehicle that did not have a price listed. The salesman contacted me and said they had to get their asking price for it... Which was??? Also, once they DID give me an asking price... they wanted the full new MSRP for a used vehicle with 5k miles on it. Yeah right....

Bobby was the person who dealt with me and he was extremely helpful.

Did not have a good experience at all. Spoke with a sales representative who stated he would send me photos and also talked with the manager regarding my offer. Never heard anything back from Young Chevrolet even to this day! I would not recommend them to no one. And they have not tried to do anything about a counter offer or anyting until I received a text about my experience. Still interested in vehicle, but their sales representative was not helpful.
