Used 2021 Chevrolet Corvette for Sale near Connecticut

How much does the 2021 Chevrolet Corvette cost?

Prices have softened 5.43% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,251 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of inventory to compare.

Is the 2021 Chevrolet Corvette a good car?

Yes — the 4.87/5 user rating points to very strong owner satisfaction, and the expert rating is 7.83/10. The standout strength is Cost effectiveness at 10/10.

Owners consistently praise the Corvette’s powerful performance, stunning looks, and excellent value for money, and many describe it as the best version yet. The car also earns repeat credit for feeling special without supercar pricing, which fits the model’s appeal as a stylish sports car for buyers who want excitement and presence.

The trade-offs are that the interior can feel less user-friendly than some owners want, and the car strays a bit from the traditional Corvette identity. In practical terms, this is best for you if you care more about style, performance, and open-air driving than maximum everyday practicality.

The market looks healthy, with 40.4% of listings marked as good or great deals.

Is the 2021 Chevrolet Corvette reliable?

Owners rate it 4.87/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a car that feels dependable and trouble-free enough to inspire strong enthusiasm over time. The expert evaluation reinforces that impression by describing the Corvette as easy to daily drive and intuitive to use, despite its performance focus.

If you want a used sports car you can count on for excitement and broad owner approval, this model year looks promising. The main long-term ownership risk is that its low-slung performance design still demands careful use and acceptance of some compromises.

What should I look for when buying a used 2021 Chevrolet Corvette?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 88.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully, because even a strong accident-free share does not replace a VIN-specific review. A pre-purchase inspection should focus on bodywork, wheel and tire condition, and signs of hard use, especially on a car built for performance driving. Pay close attention to how well the car’s features and trim equipment match the listing, since some desirable items are not standard on every version.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base trim gives you the core Corvette experience, while higher trims add convenience and visibility equipment that make the car easier to live with. The 2LT and 3LT are the trims that add the visibility enhancements, so base-trim shoppers should be aware of that feature gap.
• Powertrain: The Corvette uses a 6.2-liter V8 with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, and the available performance package adds more output along with a performance exhaust. That setup is aimed at buyers who want serious speed and strong everyday drivability.
• Safety package: Teen Driver is standard, and Chevrolet Connected Services can add automatic collision notification and emergency calling with a subscription. The 2LT and 3LT also add a front-facing camera, blind-spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert.
• Infotainment: You get an 8-inch touchscreen, a 12-inch digital instrument display, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and available navigation on the upgraded system. The car also supports a head-up display on 2LT and above, plus a Performance Data Recorder.
• Fuel efficiency: The performance content does not provide fuel-economy figures.

Which 2021 Chevrolet Corvette trim should I buy?

The 2021 Chevrolet Corvette is offered in 3 trim levels: 1LT, 2LT, 3LT.

Here's the short version:

• 1LT: This is the entry point if you want the Corvette experience at the lowest starting price. It gives you the core performance and design appeal, but you miss out on the extra convenience and visibility equipment that make the higher trims easier to live with.
• 2LT: This is the best-value trim for most shoppers because it adds the head-up display and the visibility enhancements that improve day-to-day usability. If you want the sweet spot between price and equipment, this is the one to target.
• 3LT: Choose this if you want the most premium-feeling cabin and are willing to pay for it. It builds on the 2LT’s equipment and is the right pick if interior presentation matters most to you.

The visibility-enhancement package is restricted to the 2LT and 3LT trims.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Chevrolet Corvette?

The market is leaning in your favor if you’re shopping now.

• Deal availability: 40.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,251 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.43% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 88.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $64,387, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Chevrolet Corvette's resale value?

The current average of $64,387 sits slightly below last year's $68,086.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled a bit, which can help you as a buyer but may temper near-term resale upside if you sell soon. For a future seller, the key is that the Corvette still has strong enthusiast appeal, so well-kept examples should remain easier to move than ordinary sports cars. Condition, mileage, and equipment mix will matter a lot when it’s time to resell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.87/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2021 Chevrolet Corvette safe?

The 2021 Chevrolet Corvette earns a 4/10 safety score from our experts.

Chevrolet includes Teen Driver technology, which lets you monitor paired-key driving behavior and review a report card afterward. It also offers Chevrolet Connected Services with automatic collision notification and emergency calling if you subscribe.

The main safety caveat is that advanced driver-assistance systems are largely absent. You do not get adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assistance, or hands-free cruise control. The visibility-enhancement features are also limited to the 2LT and 3LT trims.

Should I buy a 2021 Chevrolet Corvette or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 40.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 88.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.43% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.87/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It combines strong performance, standout styling, and excellent value in a way that makes it feel special without supercar pricing.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $62,877, the 2020 costs less than the current year's $64,387 average.
• It introduced the mid-engine layout and brought the Corvette into supercar territory.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $67,611, the 2022 costs more than the current year's $64,387 average.
• It adds minor updates while keeping the same trim lineup and available Z51 package.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of price, owner satisfaction, and market availability, the 2021 is the smart default. If you’re focused on saving money, the 2020 is the better value play; if you want a slightly newer example and don’t mind paying more, the 2022 is the easy alternative.
