This car is a very smooth drive and the interior is so luxurious. I wish it had a sunroof but it has everything else I wanted and more! Very happy with this purchase.

I had a 2017 Discovery Sport. The 2020 Discovery Sport is a good value and terrific upgrade adding a larger touch screen, larger steering wheel controls, Auto Android, and CarPlay. which make it more modern. Also, remote start and climate control come standard with the In-touch App. Some complain that the app only works half of the time, so I am hoping it continues to work and give me the satisfaction and convenience I am enjoying right now. The only thing missing from this model is an automatic cargo closure button. The 2017 model had that, so I was disappointed that it was not standard for newer models. Othere than that, Im very happy with the 2020 Model.

The Land Rover Discovery Sport enters 2020 with extensive changes. It competes with other luxury compact crossovers such as the Audi Q5, BMW X3, and Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class.

The Discovery Sport comes in S, SE, HSE, and R-Dynamic trims. While it keeps the same basic shape, it gets resculpted front and rear bumpers, new LED exterior lights, and a fresh grille. It's available with 12 exterior colors and 10 wheel designs, including a new 21-inch option. Inside, it defends its reputation as the utility knife of crossovers with redesigned 5+2 seating that supports up to 24 different arrangements.

The base powertrain consists of a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline 4-cylinder engine that makes 246 horsepower and 269 pound-feet of torque. An all-new mild-hybrid powertrain, which utilizes a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline 4-cylinder and makes 286 hp and 295 lb-ft, is also available. Both powertrains come with standard all-wheel drive (AWD), a terrain-management system, and a revised 9-speed automatic transmission. As of this writing, no fuel-economy ratings are available for either powertrain.

Inside, the Discovery Sport is available with sustainable, non-leather Luxtex upholstery material made of recycled polyester. The 10-inch InControl Touch Pro infotainment system, which includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, now comes standard on the Discovery Sport. Wireless-device charging and a 4G WiFi hotspot also come standard. Optional features include the ClearSight Ground View package, which lets drivers navigate city streets or off-road terrain by projecting a virtual 180-degree view beneath the Discovery Sport, and ClearSight Rear View, which turns the rear-view mirror into an HD video screen that can see past large cargo items or tall backseat passengers that might obstruct the driver's view of the car’s rear.

Land Rover offers a comprehensive suite of safety equipment across all trims, including adaptive cruise control, lane-tracing assist, forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, automated parking, and driver-condition monitoring. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) haven't crash-tested the Discovery Sport.

The Discovery Sport stands out for its unique blend of upscale and utilitarian features.
