How much does the 2020 Audi A6 cost?

Prices have softened 11.07% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 501 listings available, which gives you a meaningful amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2020 Audi A6 a good car?

Yes — the 2020 Audi A6 earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. The overview shows a midsize luxury sedan that leans into understated luxury, standard quattro all-wheel drive, standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual screens, and semi-autonomous capability, so you get a tech-forward package without flashy styling. It also offers a broad list of available equipment, which makes it appealing if you want a premium sedan with a long feature list and a refined feel. With 37.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2020 Audi A6 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview suggests a car built around a modern chassis, standard all-wheel drive, and a substantial technology package, which can be appealing if you want a well-equipped luxury sedan. It also notes that the model’s tech-heavy approach was not always perfectly polished, so you should pay close attention to how the systems operate during a test drive.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the electronics, driver-assistance features, and other premium equipment are functioning as intended.

What should I look for when buying a used 2020 Audi A6?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 76.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should start with a history report to confirm accident status, title history, and any major insurance claims. Then prioritize a thorough inspection of the technology features, since this model leans heavily on digital interfaces and driver-assistance equipment. Focus on overall condition, especially if the car has higher mileage or signs of heavy use, because premium features can be costly to sort out later.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Audi A6?

This looks like a moderate market for selective buyers who are willing to compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 37.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 501 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.07% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 76.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $22,302, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Audi A6's resale value?

The current average of $22,318 sits slightly below last year's $25,097.

That price decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point. For a future seller, that also means resale value may depend more on condition, mileage, and equipment than on broad market momentum. Well-kept examples with desirable features should be easier to move than neglected ones, especially in a luxury segment where buyers compare condition closely.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Audi A6 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 37.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 76.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.07% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2019 if:

• At $21,281, the 2019 costs less than the current year's $22,318 average.
• The 2019 brings a redesigned cabin and updated tech.

The bottom line: If you want the newer market position, stronger inventory context, and the same core appeal, the 2020 is the better default choice. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2019 is the smarter value play, especially if you find one in excellent condition with the features you want.
