Used 2020 Audi A4 for Sale near Philadelphia, PA
Nearly a half-decade into its fifth generation, the A4 luxury sedan gets some substantial changes for 2020, including a styling refresh and a major content shuffle that’s sure to keep it one of Audi’s most popular models. In addition to the visual massage that will see a new grille, lights, bumpers, and wheels, the A4 gets some serious extra content this year. A power sunroof, three-zone climate controls, ambient interior lighting, a new steering wheel with standard shift paddles, and heated front seats put together a very attractive package for new buyers.
That’s a smart move by Audi, because while the A4 is its most popular non-crossover model, it still sells about half as many units as the best-selling Q5. Additions like these will help expand sales outside the crossover market, and once people drive the A4, they’ll see what they've been missing.
The Ultra trim dropped out last year, leaving the A4 with Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige trims, all powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic, though power levels vary depending on whether you decide to go with front-wheel drive (FWD) or all-wheel drive (AWD). FWD A4s are equipped with 188 horsepower and 236 pound-feet of torque, while AWD trims get a substantial bump to 248 hp and 273 lb-ft, and that’s a difference you’ll definitely feel.
The base Premium trim sets you up with LED headlights and rain-sensing wipers, Audi Drive Select, a sunroof, keyless entry and ignition, leather, tri-zone automatic climate controls, heated front seats, and heated mirrors. Infotainment is handled by Audi’s Multi Media Interface, and a newly standard 10.1-inch display replaces the base 7-inch and upgraded 8.3-inch options from last year, meaning the controversial central dial controller is gone in favor of touchscreen functionality. You’ll still get Android Auto and Apple CarPlay for the 10-speaker stereo and be able to connect via two USB ports.
The Premium Plus trim adds features you’ll find in the optional Convenience package—heated and auto-dimming side mirrors, satellite radio, driver-seat memory, and Audi’s impressive virtual instrument panel. Additionally, you’ll get parking sensors, wireless charging, navigation, two extra USBs for the rear, and an improved infotainment system with Audi Connect telematics and WiFi. And while safety features like forward-collision warning with auto emergency brake are standard, many more are optional and often exclusively for the higher trims. For instance, blind-spot monitoring and rear crash warning and intervention are standard only on the Premium Plus or higher, or if you purchase the Convenience package.
The Prestige, predictably, focuses on bringing some high-end luxury to your life. There are adjustments here you’ll appreciate immediately: interior ambient lighting, a surround-view camera system, and a 19-speaker Bang & Olufsen stereo. There are some you’ll notice only once you’re on the road: automatic high beams, adaptive cruise control, a head-up display, and lane-departure warning and intervention. And there are others that will make your experience better even though you might not know they're working, like dual-pane acoustic front windows, designed to make the cabin very quiet.
Crossovers might be the majority’s focus, but the luxury sedan segment is a hotly contested one. With the lauded 3 Series getting some major attention this year, Audi wants to keep the A4 on people’s minds. Thankfully, this year's update should do the trick.

(3 reviews)The car is exceptional in almost every single way. Literally the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the pre-sense is confusing. Its extremely difficult to know what safety features you have, let alone what they do. Theres multiple levels, and specific upgrades in order to have certain safety features. Example; you may have front mitigation, but that only helps with an imminent collision. You need front mitigation collision avoidance in order to avoid an accident. Theres no logical reason not to make that standard since the equipment is already installed. Its nothing more than a money grab by Audi, and thats disappointing.
So far, I like it a lot. It will take me some time to learn all the tech but I think that I will continue to like it.
Cest la technologie allemande à son mieux. Le modèle est éprouvé. La version Komfort a le bon niveau déquipement à un prix acceptable.
