How much does the 2019 Toyota Corolla cost?

Prices are up 1.43% year-over-year — a sign of continued demand for this model year.

There are 2,121 listings available, which gives you a solid pool to compare prices and condition.

Is the 2019 Toyota Corolla a good car?

Yes — the 4.56/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise its affordability, reliability, and excellent gas mileage, and many also like the strong safety features and easy-to-use layout. That fits especially well if you want a practical everyday car that is straightforward to drive and own. With 31.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Toyota Corolla reliable?

Owners rate it 4.56/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback also emphasizes reliability, and drivers describe it as dependable and trouble-free for everyday use. That kind of reputation matters if you want a car you can count on for commuting and routine ownership. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the model’s basic durability and more about finding one that has been maintained well and not worn down by neglect.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Toyota Corolla?

At 54.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with prior damage. After that, prioritize a thorough inspection of body panels, paint consistency, tires, and interior wear so you can judge how the car was treated. Because this model is valued for low running costs and easy ownership, condition matters a lot when you are comparing similar listings.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Toyota Corolla?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 31.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,121 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices are up 1.43% year-over-year.
• Clean inventory: 54.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $14,122, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Toyota Corolla's resale value?

The current average of $14,919 sits slightly above last year's $14,709.

That modest increase suggests the market still values this Corolla’s reputation for practicality and low ownership costs. If you buy well and keep the car in good condition, that steady demand can help support your exit price later. The current pricing also shows that this model year has not been pushed into a steep depreciation slide, which is helpful if you plan to resell within a few years.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.56/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Toyota Corolla or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 31.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 54.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices are up 1.43% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 4.56/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $16,718, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $14,919 average.
• It adds a more stylish design and a bit more personality.

The bottom line: If you want the better value play, the 2019 is the stronger starting point because it combines a lower average price with solid owner satisfaction. If you are willing to spend more for a fresher feel and a more polished personality, the 2020 is the better secondary path.
