Used 2019 Toyota Corolla for Sale in Orlando, FL

Car wasn’t there when we went to look at it, said it was in the sold lot but they reduced the price and left the listing up to get people to come in. The other Crosstrek that was there was more expensive, more mileage and was beaten and scratched all over. The guy that helped us was nice but overall the business practice is not good.

The car I was interested in was in front of the dealership waiting for me when I arrived. Although I had arrived with an auto loan arranged, they arranged a loan with a local credit union for a lower rate of interests. They delivered the car to my home.

No hassle buying experience. The vehicle was in front of the showroom ready for my viewing. After getting my driver license and insurance info they handed me the keys and said to go for a test drive. I liked the car and they ran financing and obtained a rate better than what I had been pre-approved for, Ahmad was an excellent salesman - friendly and no pressure. Paperwork took awhile but that's understandable. Would definitely go back there and recommend them to anyone.

Giving them 4 stars cause they are the hardest dealership I have ever dealt with. Did not seem like they wanted to sell me a car at all, but they did come around and offer a fair deal. However, what the sales manager told me on the phone, 3.29%, did not match what was on their paperwork when I went in to talk to financing. Overall great guys, especially Don, but just make sure you triple check what they offer/tell you.

Kept in contact with manager who said he was going to show me the car, but yet despite that he closed around 2 when their hours stated they stay open way past that and he had known I was coming to see it. Never got a response back or apology would not recommend

After agreeing to purchase the car, and giving them the down payment, I was told that they couldn’t sell me the vehicle for the price listed by Car Gurus because they wouldn’t be making any money on the the deal!! They needed an additional 2k. It took 7 hours to close the deal, it should have taken 2. I felt as though they took advantage of me.

Not sure I like the no haggle price. No one cares if you pay cash, went or two other dealerships that have switched to the same type of ‘one price’ pricing. Fair deal, good car, great people; very respectful, Wilfredo came in on his day off to process my deal. Car was highly detailed and very clean. Closed the deal in a couple days. Worth the drive to Davenport for a good buying experience.

Good response time. Provided requested information promptly. Made an appt to see used vehicle. It wasn't until I got there that they disclosed it had been a prior rental car. It smelled like cigarette smoke and I was totally disgusted. They could have easily told me over the phone and saved me the trip. I won't be going back.

Drove 30 min to the dealership after confirming with the salesman (Jose) the vehicle in interest has the features I was looking for just to find that it had non of such. Horrible place! Save yourself the headache and disappointment don't bother to contact them in the first place. Take your business to a dealer that will respect your time!

A horrible experience. When I agreed to buy the car at the advertised price, They raised the price. I think this is called bait and switch, bring the customer in with a fake price then change the deal. They did not seen concerned either. " So you are changing the price after I agreed to buy it". "Yes, that is correct" They only get 1 star because there is no rating in the negative.

My sales person Michele was fantastic! I contacted her 2weeks ago on Friday and went to pick the car up the next say with no problem. Great customer service! Michele Jones Sprague is the best! She knows her stuff, and I love my car.

Didn't end up buying but the salesperson that I dealt with, Luis Gonzalez was helpful and eager to close the deal. I just didn't appreciate being charged a $986.00 "reconditioning fee" on top of a $986.00 Doc fee on top of a $599.00 "Non Tax Fee" Lakeland Toyota of Lakeland Florida must have many customers that cannot read or count.....I however...am not one of them.
