Used 2019 Toyota Camry for Sale nearYuma, AZ

How much does the 2019 Toyota Camry cost?

Prices have softened 3.45% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,206 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for you to compare prices and condition.

Is the 2019 Toyota Camry a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Toyota Camry earns a 4.8/5 user rating and a 7.8/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Safety at 10/10.

Drivers consistently praise its reliability, comfortable ride, and fuel efficiency, and many also like the smooth handling and stylish design. On the downside, some owners mention slower acceleration, road noise at higher speeds, and an audio system that could be better.

That mix fits a midsize sedan aimed at you if you want practical daily transportation with a more engaging personality than many rivals. The market also shows 30.4% good or great deals, which gives you room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Toyota Camry reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Drivers describe it as reliable, and the ownership experience is repeatedly framed around dependable, trouble-free transportation that you can count on. The expert review also points to a trouble-free ownership experience and a free maintenance plan, which reinforces the Camry’s long-term appeal.

That said, used buyers should still verify maintenance history and overall condition, because even a strong reputation does not replace a careful inspection.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Toyota Camry?

At 51.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection if the car has any accident history or inconsistent service records. Focus on body condition, interior wear, and signs that the car was repaired well, since those details matter more when you’re shopping a used sedan with mixed listing history.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Camry is offered with standard and sporty styling, and the base setup is the standard 2.5-liter 4-cylinder with LE as the minimum recommended trim. Higher trims add a more upscale feel, while the XSE V6 test car shows how much more expressive the sporty side can be.
• Powertrain: You can choose among a 4-cylinder, a V6, and a hybrid powertrain. The standard 203-horsepower 2.5-liter 4-cylinder is suitable for daily driving, while the 301-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 delivers the strongest performance.
• Safety package: Every 2019 Camry has Toyota Safety Sense with adaptive cruise control, forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, and automatic high-beam headlights. The suite is not the newer 2.0 version, and lower trims use standard headlights that are rated Acceptable instead of Good.
• Infotainment: The Camry uses Entune 3.0, which feels intuitive and includes Apple CarPlay, but it does not include Android Auto. It also offers a 6-month/2GB WiFi Connect subscription and a Qi-compatible wireless charging pad.
• Fuel efficiency: The hybrid is described as delivering excellent gas mileage, and the expert review notes that it can add up to 20 miles per gallon to the car’s fuel economy.

Which 2019 Toyota Camry trim should I buy?

The 2019 Toyota Camry is offered in 5 trim levels: L, LE, XLE, SE, and XSE.

Here's the short version:

• L: This is the entry point, but the review points you toward LE as the minimum if you want the best value and a more complete ownership experience.
• LE: This is the best-value trim for most shoppers because it keeps the standard 2.5-liter engine and hits the sweet spot for price and everyday usefulness.
• XLE: This is the upscale choice if you want a more premium feel without going all the way to the sportiest setup.
• SE: This is the better pick if you want the sportier look and feel without stepping into the top-end V6 territory.
• XSE: This is the most expressive trim, and the V6 version adds the strongest performance and the most dramatic styling.

Toyota Safety Sense is standard, but it is not the newer 2.0 version, and lower trims use standard headlights that are rated Acceptable instead of Good.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Toyota Camry?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting a deep bargain on every listing.

• Deal availability: 30.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,206 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.45% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 51.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $17,992, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Toyota Camry's resale value?

The current average of $18,648 sits slightly below last year's $19,315.

That softer pricing can help you as a buyer now, but it also means future sellers may face a more competitive market if prices keep easing. Even so, the Camry’s strong reputation for reliability and value helps support demand over time.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2019 Toyota Camry safe?

The 2019 Toyota Camry earns five-star ratings in every NHTSA assessment, including rollover resistance, and a Top Safety Pick+ rating from IIHS.

It earns a 10/10 safety score from our experts.

Toyota Safety Sense is standard, and it includes adaptive cruise control, forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, and automatic high-beam headlights. Toyota also includes Safety Connect for the first three years of ownership, with automatic collision notification, SOS emergency calling, and roadside assistance access.

One caveat is that lower trims use standard headlights that are rated Acceptable instead of Good, so you should pay attention to the lighting setup on the specific car you’re considering.

Should I buy a 2019 Toyota Camry or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 30.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 51.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.45% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It combines strong safety ratings with a free scheduled maintenance plan and a 6-cylinder engine option.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $17,666, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $18,648 average.
• It emphasizes dependable daily transportation with a more expressive, sporty design.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $19,935, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $18,648 average.
• It adds all-wheel drive and the Camry TRD.

The bottom line: If you want the best balance of price, safety, and strong owner satisfaction, the 2019 is the primary path to consider. If you’re especially price-sensitive, the 2018 can save you money, while the 2020 makes sense if you want the newer updates and can stretch your budget.
