Is the 2019 Porsche Panamera a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for this model year. The 2019 Panamera stands out because it blends Porsche performance with genuine four-door practicality, giving you a spacious, high-end four-seater with a hatchback body for added versatility. It also offers strong performance across the range and a rewarding driving experience, while the cabin brings a modern design and generous standard equipment. With 32.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Porsche Panamera reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2019 Panamera’s appeal is tied to its blend of performance, luxury, and everyday usefulness, and that combination usually matters to buyers who plan to keep a car for a while. Its broad powertrain lineup and upscale cabin suggest a vehicle built to deliver a premium ownership experience, but you should still expect higher running costs than average for the class. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that maintenance and repair expenses can be substantial if the car has been neglected.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Porsche Panamera?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 78.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a pre-purchase inspection from a shop that knows luxury performance cars. Pay close attention to overall condition, since higher-end models can hide expensive wear items behind a polished presentation. It also makes sense to compare service records carefully, because the Panamera’s premium hardware can be costly if maintenance has been deferred.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Porsche Panamera?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 32.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 350 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.50% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 78.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $50,690, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Porsche Panamera's resale value?

The current average of $50,690 sits slightly below last year's $53,639.

That price movement suggests the market has eased a bit, which can help you buy more confidently now, but it also means future resale gains may be limited if prices continue to soften. For a seller, the current trend points to a market where condition, mileage, and service history matter even more because buyers have more leverage. Well-kept examples should still attract attention thanks to the model’s premium image and practical performance mix.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Porsche Panamera or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 32.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 78.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.50% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2019 is a strong choice if you want the Panamera’s blend of performance, practicality, and premium feel at a price that has eased from last year. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on the best-maintained example rather than the newest badge.
