Is the 2019 Nissan NV200 a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating suggests you can feel confident considering this model year if you want a vehicle that owners have been very happy with. That kind of feedback is especially useful when you're weighing used options and want a simple satisfaction signal. With 32.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Nissan NV200 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

For used buyers, that usually means you should focus less on broad reputation and more on the specific vehicle in front of you, since maintenance history and condition will matter most over time.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Nissan NV200?

At 58.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report and confirm whether any reported damage was repaired properly. A pre-purchase inspection is worth prioritizing, especially if you plan to use the vehicle heavily. Pay close attention to body condition, signs of uneven wear, and whether the listing price reflects the vehicle's actual condition.

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop patiently but still move quickly when a strong listing appears.

What is the 2019 Nissan NV200's resale value?

The current average of $12,231 sits slightly below last year's $13,179.

That kind of decline suggests the market has become a bit softer, which can matter if you're thinking about future trade-in or private-party value. If you buy at a competitive price now, you may help cushion the effect of further depreciation later. Strong condition and clean history will matter more if you want to protect value over time.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Nissan NV200 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 32.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 58.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.19% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line:

If you want a used NV200 with strong owner satisfaction and a softer price environment, the 2019 is a sensible primary choice. You should focus on condition, history, and whether the asking price lands near the lower end of the range. If you're especially price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but the 2019 stands out as a solid option when you find a clean example at the right price.
