Why it stands out
The 2019 Nissan LEAF distinguishes itself with a strong reputation for reliability and fun driving dynamics, making it a popular choice for urban drivers. The LEAF’s enhancements include increased range options, particularly with the Leaf Plus trims, which offer a competitive 226-mile range. Additionally, the vehicle has undergone significant updates over the years, leading to improvements in performance and functionality, such as the new Rear Door Alert feature to prevent forgetting items in the back seat. Notably, it features modern amenities like standard Android Auto and Apple CarPlay in most trims, improving the overall tech experience. However, its range may still be seen as a limitation compared to some competitors, which have pushed the boundaries further. Overall, the LEAF's balance of cargo space, comfort, and value positions it well for those seeking a practical electric vehicle for daily commutes.

The leaf is loaded with the features that matter, it is fun to drive and handles well , and will efficiently get me from point a to point b. It handles well on snow and ice, low center of gravity, the heated seats and steering wheel are perfect for Colorado winters and mountain driving.

I've only had the car a couple of days, but I'm pretty happy with the purchase over all. I wish I had a few more amenities that came with the SL like: heated seats, 360° cameras, but I can do without it. The ePedal, ECO mode, charger timer and seamless use of free charging where I work are amazing! I do have to take the car to the dealer to correct the sound of the reverse alert, but overall very excited and happy with my choice.

It is like driving a silent altima. It is a very well sorted out out car. Handling is wonderful. Acceleration is like a 60s muscle car. If I could afford it I would get a newer one with a longer range. Fortunately I dont actually need that. Wanted one of these for years!

I love driving this car. It has a lot of pep and handles very well. The Bose sound system is the best Ive had in a car ever, and there are a few other bells and whistles that make it fun to get into. The range is about 150 miles on a full charge. We are new to EVs, so were challenging ourselves to extend the range as long as possible. We plugged it into our 120 V socket at home and it charges slowly there, but would fully charge overnight. Weve also found lots of fast charging stations within just a few miles of us. If youre looking to get into an electric vehicle, I highly recommend the 2019 Nissan Leaf!!
