As before, you can choose from standard rear-wheel (RWD) or optional four-wheel drive (4WD). Payload capacity ranges from 2,941 to 3,341 pounds with the 144-inch wheelbase. With the 170-inch wheelbase, it ranges from 3,067 to 3,307 pounds. The Sprinter’s biggest upgrades are in the cabin. You now have the choice of a 7.0- or 10.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, called Mercedes-Benz User Experience (MBUX). Drivers can operate it via touch, voice, or steering wheel controls. It also comes with a feature called PRO connect, which combines with a smartphone app to let fleet managers track vehicles, set operating restrictions, and receive reports on driving habits.
