Used 2019 Ford Taurus for Sale nearMorgantown, WV

How much does the 2019 Ford Taurus cost?

Prices have softened 9.25% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 301 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2019 Ford Taurus a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Ford Taurus earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its comfort, spaciousness, strong performance, smooth ride, and impressive handling, and many also appreciate its luxury features and safety aspects. For you, that makes it a sensible fit if you want a roomy, comfortable full-size sedan that still feels composed in everyday driving and challenging conditions. With 29.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Ford Taurus reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also emphasizes that the Taurus feels reliable, dependable, and trouble-free enough to inspire confidence over time, especially for buyers who want straightforward transportation. Its comfort and smooth ride add to that sense of easy ownership, while the model’s long-running reputation supports the idea that it can be a car you count on. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the ownership experience itself and more about finding a well-kept example that has been maintained consistently.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Ford Taurus?

At 58.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with prior damage or repeated claims. After that, prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, with extra attention to body condition, alignment, and signs of uneven wear that can point to past repairs. Because this is a full-size sedan that buyers often choose for comfort and value, condition matters a lot: a clean, well-maintained car is the one most likely to deliver the ownership experience you want.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Ford Taurus?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 29.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 301 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.25% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 58.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $13,369, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Ford Taurus's resale value?

The current average of $13,369 sits slightly below last year's $14,731.

That price movement suggests the Taurus has already absorbed some of its depreciation, which can help future sellers if they buy at the right price today. Because the model is no longer in production, resale value will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the car has been maintained. A clean example with strong service history should be easier to move than one with accident history or visible wear.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Ford Taurus or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 29.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 58.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.25% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line:

If you want the last version of the Taurus and value comfort, space, and a strong owner satisfaction record, the 2019 is the one to target first. If your priority is stretching your budget as far as possible, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but you should still focus on the cleanest, best-maintained example you can find rather than chasing the lowest sticker price alone.
