Used 2019 Dodge Journey for Sale nearAtlanta, GA

How much does the 2019 Dodge Journey cost?

Prices have softened 11.09% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,210 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2019 Dodge Journey a good car?

With a user rating of 3.6/5, the 2019 Dodge Journey looks like a mixed but workable choice if you value practicality over polish. Owners commonly praise the spacious three-row seating, the powerful V6 engine, and available all-wheel drive with heated seats, especially for colder-weather use. The interior design also gets positive mention, even as some shoppers want more storage and stronger acceleration. With 27.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2019 Dodge Journey reliable?

Owners describe the 2019 Dodge Journey in terms that suggest it can be dependable for the right buyer, especially when they value the V6 and the available all-wheel-drive setup. The feedback also points to a vehicle that can feel trouble-free in the conditions it handles well, but not one that earns universal confidence from every owner. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is best managed by choosing carefully and avoiding examples with unresolved wear or inconsistent maintenance.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Dodge Journey?

At 60.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any prior damage was repaired properly. Put a pre-purchase inspection at the top of your list, with extra attention on road stability, backup camera operation, and overall interior condition. Since owners also mention storage and acceleration concerns, make sure the specific vehicle you’re considering feels acceptable in the areas that matter most to you.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Dodge Journey?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 27.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,210 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.09% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 60.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $10,892, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Dodge Journey's resale value?

The current average of $10,892 sits slightly below last year's $12,251.

That price movement suggests the Journey has softened in the market, which can help you buy more affordably now. For a future seller, though, it also means resale value may remain under pressure unless the vehicle is especially clean, well maintained, and priced competitively. If you plan to own it for a while, buying at the right number matters more than expecting strong appreciation later.

Should I buy a 2019 Dodge Journey or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 27.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 60.1% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.09% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2019 Dodge Journey makes the most sense if you want a lower-priced three-row SUV and you’re willing to shop carefully for condition and history. If you’re price-sensitive, this year can be a reasonable target because the market has softened and deal availability is decent. If you want the cleanest path to ownership, focus on the best-documented example rather than simply the cheapest one.
