Used 2019 Dodge Durango for Sale near Alabama

How much does the 2019 Dodge Durango cost?

Prices have softened 11.31% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,960 listings available, which gives you a solid pool to compare prices and equipment.

Is the 2019 Dodge Durango a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Dodge Durango earns a 4.87/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its spacious interior, powerful performance, and family-friendly features, while also appreciating its stylish design and smooth driving experience. For you, that means it can make sense if you want a three-row SUV with a more muscular personality than many rivals. The market also shows 32.3% of listings as good or great deals, which adds some shopping flexibility.

Is the 2019 Dodge Durango reliable?

Owners rate it 4.87/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback also describes it as reliable, dependable, and a vehicle many owners feel good about keeping for the long term. That said, some shoppers note paint-quality concerns and an interior that could use a refresh, so condition matters. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is choosing a neglected example, so a careful inspection is worth the effort.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Dodge Durango?

At 63.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any prior damage was repaired properly. Put inspection priority on body condition, panel alignment, paint consistency, and signs of past collision work. Because this model has a broad range of equipment and configurations, you should also focus on whether the specific listing’s features and condition match the asking price.

• Inventory: There are 1,960 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.31% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $19,034, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Dodge Durango's resale value?

The current average of $19,034 sits slightly below last year's $21,462.

That decline suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more affordably now but may also limit near-term upside if you plan to resell soon. If you keep the vehicle in strong condition and avoid accident history, you can improve your odds of holding value better than the average listing. Demand should remain supported by the model’s strong owner satisfaction and broad appeal to shoppers who want a three-row SUV with personality.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.87/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Dodge Durango or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 32.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 63.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.31% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.87/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $17,462, the 2018 costs less than the current year's $19,034 average.
• It adds a more aggressive performance edge and updated infotainment.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $21,016, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $19,034 average.
• It emphasizes muscle-car styling with multiple high-horsepower trims.

The bottom line: You should start with the 2019 if you want the best balance of price, owner satisfaction, and available inventory. If you’re more price-sensitive, the 2018 is the better value play, while the 2020 makes sense if you want to spend more for a newer-feeling take on the same formula.
