How much does the 2019 Chevrolet Suburban cost?

Prices have softened 12.31% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,421 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2019 Chevrolet Suburban a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Chevrolet Suburban earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. The overview shows a full-size SUV built around space, capability, and long-haul usefulness, with room for up to nine people, up to 121.1 cubic feet of cargo space, and towing capacity of up to 8,300 pounds when properly configured. It also adds a more refined interior and newer technology, so it fits you well if you want a large SUV that can handle family duty, cargo hauling, and trailer work. 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities in the market.

Is the 2019 Chevrolet Suburban reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview points to a proven full-size SUV formula with a refined interior, available safety and driver-assistance tech, and a layout designed for long-haul usefulness. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about complexity and more about the realities of a large, thirsty SUV that can be costly to live with if you rack up a lot of miles or need frequent service.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Chevrolet Suburban?

At 58.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report and pay close attention to any prior damage, repairs, or title issues before you commit. A pre-purchase inspection should focus on body condition, alignment, and signs of wear that matter more on a large SUV. Because this model is built for hauling people, cargo, and trailers, you should also make sure the interior, suspension, and towing-related equipment match the way the vehicle was used.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Chevrolet Suburban?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find value.

• Deal availability: 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,421 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.31% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 58.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $22,858, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Chevrolet Suburban's resale value?

The current average of $22,864 sits slightly below last year's $26,074.

That decline suggests the market has moved in your favor as a buyer, but it also means future resale gains may be harder to count on if prices continue to soften. If you buy now, your best resale protection will come from choosing a clean, well-kept example with strong documentation and avoiding vehicles with accident history or heavy wear. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Chevrolet Suburban or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 34.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 58.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.31% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2019 if you want a full-size SUV with strong utility, a favorable price trend, and broad market availability. If you are especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years to see whether a cleaner or better-equipped example offers more value for similar money.
