Used 2019 Cadillac XT4 for Sale nearMiami, FL

How much does the 2019 Cadillac XT4 cost?

Prices have softened 9.25% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 710 listings available, which gives you a workable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2019 Cadillac XT4 a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Cadillac XT4 earns a 4.56/5 user rating and a 6.83/10 expert rating. The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel and Form and function.

Owners consistently praise its beautiful design, luxury features, comfortable ride, and user-friendly controls. That lines up with the XT4’s role as Cadillac’s smallest crossover, aimed at you if you want a compact luxury SUV with a distinctive feel and everyday usability. The market also shows 33.4% of listings as good or great deals, which suggests there are still attractive opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2019 Cadillac XT4 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.56/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a positive, dependable ownership experience, with many drivers describing the XT4 as a good-value luxury crossover they can count on. The expert evaluation also emphasizes that Cadillac built this model as a fresh, brand-new vehicle rather than a simple badge-engineered product, which supports confidence in its long-term appeal. If you buy used, the main ownership risk is paying too much for a poorly equipped example that needs expensive options to feel complete.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Cadillac XT4?

At 74.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the listing price looks unusually strong. Focus on condition, because the XT4’s value proposition changes quickly once you factor in missing equipment or signs of heavy use. It’s also worth checking whether the features you want were added through options, since the base version leaves out several conveniences many luxury buyers expect.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base Luxury trim includes LED headlights, keyless entry and ignition with remote start, dual-zone automatic climate controls, a 7-speaker stereo with satellite radio, and an 8-inch touchscreen. It also leaves out auto wipers and mirrors, a driver memory system, parking sensors, blind-spot monitoring, and a power liftgate, so the Premium Luxury trim is the better fit if you want a more complete luxury experience.
• Powertrain: The XT4 uses a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with 237 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 9-speed automatic. Front-wheel drive is the efficiency play, while all-wheel drive is recommended if you want better traction and more confident acceleration.
• Safety package: The available Drive Assist package adds adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go and forward and reverse automatic emergency braking. The Driver Awareness package adds forward-collision alert with pedestrian detection, lane-keeping warning and assist, auto high beams, and a following-distance indicator.
• Infotainment: You get an 8-inch touchscreen with Cadillac’s CUE system, plus standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. USB-C ports are included, and the system is designed around traditional buttons rather than touch-sensitive controls.
• Fuel efficiency: The XT4 is rated at 27 mpg combined in front-wheel-drive form, and all-wheel drive drops that to 24 mpg combined.

Which 2019 Cadillac XT4 trim should I buy?

The 2019 Cadillac XT4 is offered in 3 trim levels: Luxury, Premium Luxury, Sport.

Here's the short version:

• Luxury: This is the entry point, and it gives you the XT4’s core luxury basics at the lowest price. It makes sense if you want the cleanest path into the model, but you should be ready for missing convenience and safety features that many rivals include earlier.
• Premium Luxury: This is the best-value choice for most shoppers because it adds several of the omissions from the base trim, including features that make the XT4 feel more complete as a luxury crossover.
• Sport: This trim adds a more aggressive look and feel, including LED turn signals, front cornering lamps, a sport steering wheel, sport front seats, and unique faux leather inside. It suits you best if style and a more distinctive cabin matter more than value.

The safety content notes that the XT4’s available safety systems are impressive, but many of them require stepping up from the base version.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Cadillac XT4?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay disciplined.

• Deal availability: 33.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 710 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.25% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 74.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $18,876, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Cadillac XT4's resale value?

The current average of $18,876 sits slightly below last year's $20,800.

That decline suggests the XT4 has moved into a more buyer-friendly pricing zone, which can help you if you’re shopping now but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. For a future seller, the key takeaway is that pricing pressure has already reset expectations, so condition and equipment will matter more than simply owning the model. Well-kept examples with desirable features should hold up better than stripped or heavily used ones.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.56/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2019 Cadillac XT4 safe?

It earns a 5/10 safety score from our experts.

The XT4 has not been tested by either NHTSA or IIHS, so there are no crash-test ratings to cite for this model year. Cadillac does offer a strong set of available driver-assistance features, including adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, forward and reverse automatic emergency braking, forward-collision alert with pedestrian detection, lane-keeping warning and assist, auto high beams, and a following-distance indicator. The catch is that many of those features are optional rather than standard, so you should verify exactly which safety equipment is on the used example you’re considering.

Should I buy a 2019 Cadillac XT4 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 33.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 74.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.25% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.56/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2019 is the XT4’s all-new debut, giving you the model’s original design and identity.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $19,829, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $18,876 average.
• It adds a more approachable, easy-to-like personality with stronger everyday usability.

The bottom line: If you want the lowest current price and don’t mind shopping carefully for the right equipment, the 2019 is the better value play. If you’d rather spend a bit more for a newer model-year alternative with a friendlier overall personality, the 2020 is worth a look.
