Used 2018 Volkswagen Jetta for Sale in Austin, TX

Not a good experience at all. Told them my next available off day was on a Friday they said they would get back with me Thursday to let me know if the vehicle was sold I never heard from him in the vehicle still on the website! So pretty poor customer service in my opinion

This company played games with me! Ran my credit eight times and never did respond back to me. What a lousy business! I attempt to call the representative he ignored my calls.

Alex is the best salesman ever. He is nice, gentle and really helpful. We found the car we need and also the free delivery from Austin to Houston. It 's amazing.

This is one of the best run dealerships I have ever dealt with! They are especially good with service after the sale. I did not end up buying this vehicle but have bought several from them in the past, and still own one of them. I trust their management to do the right thing, and they keep the same employees for a really long time.

We drove over an hour to the dealership, test drove the vehicle and agreed on purchasing it. We agreed to go get a cashier's check from our bank and to get insurance on the vehicle. Couple of days later with check in hand getting ready to drive down to pick up the vehicle, we get a call stating they sold it out from under us. This is a large dealership, not a side lot fly by night place. We won't be going back.

I was never contacted from my inquiry online however, when I called them I was treated very well. I spoke with Drew who was very informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

Our experience was good. All I recommend is if you see the vehicle from what ever dealer screen shoot the price with your phone. This vehicle was priced throughout Friday at 16,549 and when I went to see it later that day the price went up to 17,989. Luckily I saved the email and the manager there honored the price. Other than that wasn’t a bad experience.

I requested pictures of the vehicle and I was sent two pics one of the side of the car... and the other a close up of the radio. I was disappointed with the shots and it only being two pictures of a car unseen. Led me to believe that they did not really want my business.

I've worked with a couple of salespeople at this dealership and they're always friendly, non-pushy, and eager to help out finding alternatives. They tend to have more competitively-priced vehicles as well, so they always end up at the top of my list when car shopping. Great company to work with!
