Used 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport for Sale near Santa Fe, NM
In 2017, Nissan gave its Rogue a sibling—the Rogue Sport. Being so new, there are few changes for 2018. Some options packages have been juggled and renamed.
Most of the Rogue Sport’s smaller size, as compared to the Rogue, comes from taking reducing the length and height. The wheelbases of both vehicles are within two inches of one another, but the lengths are over a foot apart, and the heights are half a foot apart. They wear similar design language, so the Rogue Sport looks sleeker. Overall, it’s a fitter package, well-suited for city maneuverability. There are clever features like the optional Divide-N-Hide dual-level cargo storage setup. Rear air conditioning vents and dual rear USB ports are also available.
The Rogue Sport is motivated solely by a 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder engine generating 141 horsepower and 147 pound-feet of torque and mated to a continuously-variable automatic transmission. Both front- and all-wheel-drive configurations are offered. The Rogue Sport delivers 25 mpg city, 32 highway, and 28 combined in front-wheel drive (FWD), or 24, 27, and 30 with the all-wheel-drive (AWD) system.
Nissan keeps the Rogue Sport’s lineup simple with three basic trims. The base S trim lays out the standard equipment: 16-inch steel wheels, Siri Eyes Free, a 5-inch color infotainment display, and Bluetooth connectivity.
The SV tacks on 17-inch alloy wheels, keyless entry and start, a 6-way power driver’s seat, dual-zone climate control, and two extra speakers. An SV Technology package with upgrades like a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with navigation and remote start is available as well.
Lastly, SL gets the full monty, including 19-inch alloy wheels, leather upholstery, navigation, XM Radio, and dual-zone climate control. From there, drivers can select the Premium Package to get LED headlights, adaptive cruise control, and a power sunroof.
The Rogue Sport has a complete list of standard and optional safety features. A reversing camera comes standard. A multi-angle reversing camera, blind-spot monitoring, lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, rear cross-traffic detection, automatic emergency braking, and automatic high-beams are all on the options list.
Nissan’s Rogue Sport sits somewhere between a subcompact and compact crossover, so it has carved out an interesting niche for itself. For drivers looking for a crossover with handsome styling, a competitive feature set, and a figure designed for city parking, the 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport is the crossover to choose.

(18 reviews)Great SUV that’s just a bit smaller than the Rogue. The Rogue Sport runs great, has plenty of room to move furniture, and is still pretty good on gas. The sport model is s little cheaper, which I like. I highly recommend your first SUV be a Nissan Rogue Sport!
The Rogue Sporthas the safety features I was looking for, plus it handles well, and has a sporty look.
Started out looking for a truck. Dollars and attitude pushed me to a competitor. Final decision.. Best gas mileage vehicle for the lowest dollar. 2018 Nissan rouge. Wouldnt trade it for nothing. Average 29.6mpg for 25000 miles. Cant complain. (City 25-29. hwy 34-38. secondary roads 36-44 without heat or AC on)
I absolutely love this model of the Nissan Rogue Sport?! It is very good on a gas,it has great features. Guaranteed a smooth ride. Dont take my word on it,go out and get yourself one. You wont regret it
There was increased road noise. I was looking for more of a pick up when pressing the gas.
