Like most crossovers in its class, the Pathfinder’s 3rd row is best reserved for small children due to the limited amount of legroom. This is paired with a continuously-variable transmission and the choice of front-wheel or Nissan’s 4x4-i all-wheel drive system. The V6 moves the Pathfinder with authority as power comes on smooth and steady, and it gives the Pathfinder a towing capacity of 6,000 pounds - about 1,000 pounds more than the Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander.
