Used 2018 MINI Countryman for Sale nearMiami, FL

How much does the 2018 MINI Countryman cost?

Prices have softened 10.57% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 280 listings available, which gives you a modest pool to compare prices and equipment.

Is the 2018 MINI Countryman a good car?

Yes — the 2018 MINI Countryman earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its unique style, spacious interior, and comfortable driving experience, and many also like the clever features that add to its fun factor. In practical terms, that makes it a good fit if you want a small SUV with personality, more rear-seat space than smaller MINIs, and everyday usefulness without giving up the brand’s distinctive feel. With 31.8% of listings marked as good or great deals, you also have a decent chance of finding a competitively priced example.

Is the 2018 MINI Countryman reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a dependable ownership experience, with praise centered on the car’s overall livability and the kind of trouble-free appeal that helps buyers feel confident over time. That said, used-car reliability still depends heavily on how the specific vehicle was maintained and driven, so a careful inspection matters if you want to reduce long-term ownership risk.

What should I look for when buying a used 2018 MINI Countryman?

At 68.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can confirm accident records, title status, and service history before you get too far into the process. After that, prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the car has higher mileage or visible cosmetic wear. Focus on overall condition, because a clean-looking listing can still hide issues that affect long-term ownership costs.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 MINI Countryman?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be choosy if you shop carefully.

• Deal availability: 31.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 280 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.57% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 68.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $13,754, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2018 MINI Countryman's resale value?

The current average of $14,048 sits slightly below last year's $15,709.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also limit short-term upside if you plan to resell soon. For a future seller, the key takeaway is that a well-kept example with the right equipment and strong presentation should still attract interest, but you should expect buyers to be price-sensitive. The model’s distinctive character and strong owner satisfaction can help support demand, even if broader pricing remains softer than it was a year ago.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 MINI Countryman or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 31.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 68.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.57% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line:

If you want the best balance of price, owner satisfaction, and available inventory, the 2018 is the primary year to target. It gives you a strong mix of value and personality, especially if you find a clean example with a solid history report. If your priority is stretching your budget as far as possible, a nearby year with a lower asking price may be worth considering, but you should still compare condition and accident history first.
