Used 2018 Honda Ridgeline for Sale nearColorado Springs, CO

How much does the 2018 Honda Ridgeline cost?

Prices have softened 9.18% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,004 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for comparison shopping.

Is the 2018 Honda Ridgeline a good car?

Yes — the 2018 Honda Ridgeline earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its comfort, spacious interior, and value for money, and many also like the modern tech and truck-bed audio. For you, that makes it especially appealing if you want truck utility with a smoother, more car-like driving experience and everyday practicality. With 34.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2018 Honda Ridgeline reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience, with repeated praise for comfort and value over time. That kind of response suggests the Ridgeline can be a reassuring choice if you want a used truck you can count on for daily use. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is finding a truck whose condition has not been maintained as carefully as its reputation would suggest.

What should I look for when buying a used 2018 Honda Ridgeline?

At 68.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, especially if a listing looks unusually well priced. Put inspection priority on body condition, panel alignment, and signs of prior repair, since accident history can affect long-term value and ownership confidence. It also makes sense to focus on the truck’s overall condition and maintenance records so you can separate a clean example from one that only looks good on paper.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Honda Ridgeline?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 34.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,004 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.18% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 68.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $20,362, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2018 Honda Ridgeline's resale value?

The current average of $20,500 sits slightly below last year's $22,572.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also limit short-term upside if you plan to resell soon. If you keep the truck in strong condition and buy at a competitive price, you can reduce the impact of that softer market. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Honda Ridgeline or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 34.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 68.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.18% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2017 if:

• At $18,723, the 2017 costs less than the current year's $20,500 average.
• It emphasizes the Ridgeline’s unusual carlike pickup character.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger overall market balance, the 2018 is the better primary target because it combines solid owner satisfaction with a softer price trend and decent deal availability. If your top priority is spending less upfront, the 2017 is the better secondary path, especially if you find one in clean condition and can live with its older model-year pricing and feature set.
