Used 2018 Chrysler 300 for Sale nearNew Haven, CT

How much does the 2018 Chrysler 300 cost?

Prices have softened 5.48% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 709 listings available, which suggests you should have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2018 Chrysler 300 a good car?

Yes — the 2018 Chrysler 300 earns a 4.75/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise its luxurious feel, comfort, and spacious interior, and many also like the quality features and available all-wheel drive for snowy conditions. In practical terms, that makes it a strong fit if you want a roomy full-size sedan with a relaxed personality rather than a sporty one. With 29.3% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2018 Chrysler 300 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.75/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback also points to a dependable ownership experience, with drivers highlighting comfort and the kind of trouble-free daily use that helps a large sedan feel easy to live with. The long-term appeal is strongest if you value a spacious, comfortable cruiser and are willing to stay on top of maintenance and infotainment-related concerns.

What should I look for when buying a used 2018 Chrysler 300?

At 53.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any prior damage was repaired properly. Put inspection priority on body panels, alignment, and signs of uneven wear, since those can reveal past collision work. You should also focus on overall condition and make sure the infotainment system works as expected, because that has been a pain point for some owners.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Chrysler 300?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 29.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 709 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.48% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 53.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $14,699, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2018 Chrysler 300's resale value?

The current average of $14,943 sits slightly below last year's $15,810.

That softer pricing suggests the model is currently more buyer-friendly than seller-friendly, which can limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at the right price, you may protect more of your value over time, but a seller today should expect a market that rewards well-kept examples more than average ones. Strong condition and a clean history matter more when the market is already leaning lower.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.75/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Chrysler 300 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 29.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 53.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.48% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.75/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2017 if:

• At $13,980, the 2017 costs less than the current year's $14,943 average.
• It offers clear luxury appeal with a bold presence.

The bottom line: If you want the better-balanced choice, the 2018 is the stronger pick because it combines solid owner satisfaction with a softer price trend and decent deal availability. If your main goal is to spend less upfront, the 2017 is the better secondary path, especially if you find one in strong condition and can live with the older model year’s lower average price.
