Used 2018 BMW X5 sDrive35i RWD for Sale near Draper, UT

Worst customer service ever! Mike Duffy only allowed me to test drive around the parking lot and I didn’t realize the battery was bad. The heads up display was not working properly and it turned out it was a bad battery. After owning the car for only 9 days, I had to spend $400 to have it replaced! This is absurd they have no short term warranty for anything that goes wrong with the car immediately. Mike just sat there sipping his cherry coke while I did everything myself. It was ridiculous and I suggest you go to a different dealer if you want a decent ride, as you’ll just be purchasing a money pit from them. And customer service was out the window! Most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever been to! Will never be back!
