He made us feel comfortable and he genuinely had our backs! As most salesman won't even talk or list a price tag before you sit down with him, Jim on the other hand, knowing we were driving pretty good distance to see the car, helped fit it into our price range before we made the trip. Only down side, was the number of times their financial guy ran our credit scores (I think a total of 7 times) in order to "get us a better rate". Well we already were approved at 4% and said we were good with that. And even after running it 7 times we ended up with 4-4.25%. Not sure why they ran it so many times rather than just sharing that info, but then again it's not my trade so maybe that's what they HAVE to do. Just seemed excessive. But all in all, great car, exceptional service, and the dealership itself was outstanding. As opposed to many others which you wonder how good of shape the cars are going to be in. Well, we got the warranty (premium) and now I feel 100% safe driving to and from work everyday! Thanks again Sandberg NW Volvo for everything! "
