They gave me a name to ask for, the phone number and email to contact them for any reason or any questions. The problem is that I have returned to Kentucky and need to sell a current older Yukon Denali we have to use for a down payment. I just hope it is still available."

2018 Toyota Yaris L Used Cars in Orlando, FL 32811

Price: $17,650

Location: Orlando, FL 32811

Certified Pre-Owned: No Transmission: Automatic Color: Classic Silver Description: Used 2018 Toyota Yaris L for sale - $17,650, 0 miles
Avg. Dealer Rating: (22 reviews) "All of the sales team members that worked with us during the purchasing process were very knowledgeable and helpful as best they could. However, the process was a frustrating, time-consuming and stressful experience. My wife and I both agreed that the problems we encountered were probably due to limitations by management policies. In other words, the sales personnel weren't allowed to take reasonable actions to satisfy the customer due to restraints by management policies. For example, excessive time was spent trying to persuade me to allow the paperwork to be routed through their dealership to my credit union in order to save the dealership time on making out paperwork. This was contrary to what our credit union wanted, but the salesman was adamant on having it their way which advantaged the dealership rather than satisfying the customer. Only one key instead of two keys was available and they would't make any effort at all to secure a second key. I suggested that they simply contact the previous owner to inquire whether or not he may still be in possession of the second key? The cost to me for replacement of that second key is in the range of $250-$400 dollars that a simple phone call to the previous owner could have and may have prevented. They couldn't be bothered. Their response was that policy would not allow that action. Two dust caps were missing from the wheels. Their response was that they didn't have any replacements. I questioned them about the missing floor mats? Their response....the mats were thrown away because they were soiled and messy. All of these excuses were shallow and unacceptable. In other words, when paying $37777.32 (final cost when payed in full) for a near new vehicle with only 14,331 odometer miles, one would expect a large degree of customer satisfaction which we did not get. This was a replacement car for my wife. If not for my wife's heart being set on this particular car, I would have walked away from the deal within the first hour of discussion. In conclusion, our experience was not a good one and again, we do not blame the sales personnel that assisted us during the process because we feel that management policies is where the problems exists. We will not refer anyone to this dealership location nor will I do business with them ever again. By the way, I plan to replace my 2011 Avalon for a new Avalon within the next year. They could have very easily earned my future business, but it didn't happen, therefore , I'll take my business elsewhere where it will be appreciated. "
