How much does the 2017 INFINITI Q60 cost?

Prices have softened 7.01% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 212 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2017 INFINITI Q60 a good car?

Yes — the 2017 INFINITI Q60 earns a 4.8/5 user rating and a 6.7/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Look and feel at 8/10.

The Q60 is positioned as a fully redesigned luxury sport coupe that leans on technology, value, and style. It brings striking styling and impressive handling, and it aims to feel more advanced than the usual luxury coupe formula. At the same time, it is not built around old-school driver involvement, so if you want the most engaging enthusiast experience, this is not the most focused choice.

Only 25.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so the market is somewhat selective rather than broadly discounted.

Is the 2017 INFINITI Q60 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Q60’s reliability story is tied to its tech-heavy approach. The overview emphasizes a redesigned platform, new engines, and a retuned transmission, while the expert notes that the 3.0T’s new engine architecture is packed with efficiency-minded hardware. That said, the same expert commentary also points to concerns about the complexity of the steering and driver-assistance systems, which can affect day-to-day confidence if you end up using features you do not like.

The 3.0T’s engine design is described as part of a broader tech tree that may raise questions about longevity, so used buyers should pay close attention to how the car has been maintained and whether its advanced systems operate cleanly.

What should I look for when buying a used 2017 INFINITI Q60?

At 47.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle-history report and then prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, especially if the car has any accident history or if the advanced driver-assistance features have been used heavily. Focus on how the steering, braking, and electronic systems behave on a test drive, since the Q60’s tech can be a major part of the ownership experience. It is also worth checking for signs that the car’s luxury features and safety systems are working as intended, because those are central to the model’s appeal.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base 2.0T brings LED head- and foglights, keyless ignition and entry, dual-zone automatic climate control, 8-way power seats with leatherette, heated mirrors, 19-inch alloys, and a dual-touchscreen interface. Higher trims add a sunroof, upgraded Bose audio, real leather, navigation, heated seats and steering wheel, memory settings, and more advanced driver-assistance equipment.
• Powertrain: The 2.0T uses a 208 hp turbocharged 4-cylinder with 22 city mpg and 30 highway mpg in rear-wheel-drive form. The 3.0T steps up to a 300-hp twin-turbo V6, and the Red Sport 400 uses a 400-hp version of that engine.
• Safety package: The Driver Assistance package adds parking sensors front and rear, a 360-degree camera view, blind-spot monitoring, auto wipers, and auto braking front and rear with forward-collision warning. The Technology Package adds adaptive cruise, blind-spot intervention, lane departure and intervention, and adaptive headlights with auto high beams.
• Infotainment: The Q60 uses dual touchscreens, and the interface can feel split between them. The content does not specify wireless phone integration or over-the-air capability.
• Fuel efficiency: The 2.0T returns 22 city mpg and 30 highway mpg in rear-wheel-drive form, while all-wheel drive drops to 21/28. The 3.0T is rated at 19/28 with rear-wheel drive and 19/27 with all-wheel drive. The Red Sport 400 is rated at 20/27 with rear-wheel drive and 19/26 with all-wheel drive.

Which 2017 INFINITI Q60 trim should I buy?

The 2017 INFINITI Q60 is offered in 4 trim levels: 2.0T, 2.0T Premium, 3.0T Premium, and Red Sport 400.

Here's the short version:

• 2.0T: This is the entry point, and it gives you the Q60’s styling and core luxury features at the lowest price. It makes the most sense if you want the look and basic equipment without stretching for more power.
• 2.0T Premium: This adds a standard sunroof and an upgraded Bose stereo, making it the better value if you want a more complete luxury feel without jumping to the V6.
• 3.0T Premium: This is the best-value trim for most shoppers because it adds the stronger 300-hp twin-turbo V6 and unlocks the richer option content that the 2.0T trims cannot get. It is the trim most likely to satisfy you if you want the Q60’s performance and luxury balance.
• Red Sport 400: This is the top performance trim, with a 400-hp version of the twin-turbo V6, staggered forged wheels, paddle shifters, sport seats, and adaptive suspension. It is the choice if you want the most power and the most aggressive setup.

The Technology Package adds adaptive cruise, lane departure and intervention, blind-spot intervention, and adaptive headlights, while the Driver Assistance package adds parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, blind-spot monitoring, and automatic braking features.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2017 INFINITI Q60?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to shop carefully rather than rush.

• Deal availability: 25.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 212 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.01% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 47.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $17,862, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2017 INFINITI Q60's resale value?

The current average of $18,317 sits slightly below last year's $19,698.

That price movement suggests the Q60 has softened enough to create a more favorable entry point for used buyers, but it also means a future seller may need to price competitively to stand out. If you buy well now, you may have less downside risk than someone who purchased when prices were higher. The model’s mix of style, technology, and luxury features should still help it attract interest from shoppers looking for a distinctive coupe.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2017 INFINITI Q60 safe?

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

The Q60 has not yet been tested by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. It comes with full-length curtain-side airbags and a full suite of the usual airbags, and the Technology Package adds upgraded seatbelts that lock you in upon clicking them in place and tighten up pre-collision.

The available driver-assistance systems are extensive: autonomous braking forward and in reverse, traction and stability control, blind-spot monitoring, lane departure and intervention, adaptive cruise, adaptive headlights with auto high beams, and a 360-degree camera view. The caveat is that the systems can be intrusive, and the expert notes that some of them may be worth turning off if you do not like how they intervene.

Should I buy a 2017 INFINITI Q60 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2017 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2017 if:

• 25.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 47.6% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.01% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The fully redesigned Q60 emphasizes technology, value, striking styling, and impressive handling.

The bottom line: If you want the Q60’s redesigned look, strong tech content, and softer used pricing, the 2017 is the primary path to consider. If you are especially price-sensitive, focus on the lower-priced listings and be selective about condition and history, since the market includes a meaningful share of accident-involved vehicles.
