How much does the 2017 INFINITI Q50 cost?

Prices have softened 7.69% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 612 listings available, which suggests a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2017 INFINITI Q50 a good car?

Yes — the 2017 INFINITI Q50 earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its comfort, power, and luxury feel, and many like the way it delivers a premium experience with a feature-rich cabin. That makes it a good fit if you want a midsize premium sedan that balances performance and equipment. With 27.8% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2017 INFINITI Q50 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a car that feels dependable and trouble-free for many shoppers, especially when it comes to comfort and everyday use. The strong satisfaction level also suggests that many owners feel confident keeping it for the long term. For used buyers, the main ownership risk is making sure the specific car you choose has been maintained well and has a clean history.

What should I look for when buying a used 2017 INFINITI Q50?

At 44.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can confirm accident records, title status, and service history before you commit. A pre-purchase inspection should be a priority, especially if the car has higher mileage or visible cosmetic wear. Focus closely on overall condition, because the best used example will be the one that has been cared for consistently rather than simply priced attractively.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2017 INFINITI Q50?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 27.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 612 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.69% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 44.3% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $13,870, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2017 INFINITI Q50's resale value?

The current average of $13,966 sits slightly below last year's $15,130.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable point in the cycle, but it also means future resale gains may be limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, condition and documentation will matter more, because buyers tend to reward well-kept examples in a market where prices have already eased. Strong demand for clean, well-reviewed cars can help support value over time.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2017 INFINITI Q50 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2017 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2017 if:

• 27.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 44.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.69% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2016 if:

• At $13,319, the 2016 costs less than the current year's $13,966 average.
• The 2016 feels more like a legitimate luxury sports sedan.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger current-market balance of price, inventory, and owner satisfaction, the 2017 is the better primary choice. If your top priority is spending less upfront, the 2016 is the more budget-friendly path, especially if you find a clean example with solid maintenance records.
