How much does the 2017 INFINITI Q50 cost?

Prices have softened 8.99% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 551 listings available, which gives you a solid pool to compare prices and equipment.

Is the 2017 INFINITI Q50 a good car?

Yes — the 4.75/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its comfort, power, and luxury feel, and they also value the extensive features that make it feel comparable to more expensive brands. For you, that means the Q50 makes the most sense if you want a midsize premium sedan with a sporty-luxury character, broad equipment, and a value-oriented price point. 25.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so there are still worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2017 INFINITI Q50 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.75/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a dependable ownership experience, with praise centered on comfort, power, and the sense that the car delivers a lot for the money. That kind of repeat satisfaction usually matters most when you want a used luxury sedan you can count on over time. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the core appeal and more about finding a well-kept example that has been maintained consistently.

What should I look for when buying a used 2017 INFINITI Q50?

At 45.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize any listing with clean records and consistent maintenance documentation. A pre-purchase inspection should focus on body condition, signs of prior repair, and whether the car’s equipment and features all work as expected. Because this model is often bought for its comfort and premium feel, condition matters as much as price.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2017 INFINITI Q50?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting a deep bargain on every listing.

• Deal availability: 25.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 551 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.99% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 45.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $13,913, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2017 INFINITI Q50's resale value?

The current average of $13,913 sits slightly below last year's $15,288.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point. For a future seller, it also means resale value may depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the car has been maintained. If you buy carefully now, you may be better positioned to limit depreciation later.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.75/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2017 INFINITI Q50 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2017 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2017 if:

• 25.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 45.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.99% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.75/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2016 if:

• At $13,505, the 2016 costs less than the current year's $13,913 average.
• It feels more credible as a luxury sports sedan.

The bottom line:

Choose the 2017 if you want the stronger current-market balance of price, satisfaction, and availability. If you're more price-sensitive, the 2016 is the better path because it undercuts the current year while still delivering much of the same core appeal.
