Used 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid for Sale near Seattle, WA
Honda says its best Accord is the hybrid. Does that ring true for you?
When it comes to building a hybrid, there are two ways you can go; build a standalone model, like the Prius or Insight, or develop a hybrid version of an existing, gas-powered car. If the name did not give it away, the Honda Accord Hybrid follows the latter method. Its more conventional layout makes the Accord Hybrid handle more like an upscale car and bestows it with more attractive styling. But is the more attractive hybrid option for you?
The Accord Hybrid was first sold from 2005 to 2007, during the early years of mass-market hybrids. In that time, Honda’s rival Toyota made hybrids some of the cornerstones of its lineup, with multiple Prius variants and hybrid versions of the RAV4, Highlander, and Camry. Meanwhile, Honda has been left playing catch-up. The Accord Hybrid was re-introduced for 2014 and 2015, and after a one-year hiatus, it’s back for 2017.
What you’ll find in the Accord Hybrid is a super comfortable ride and an upscale interior, but Honda’s infuriating infotainment system gets in the way. Is it enough to prevent us from recommending the Accord Hybrid? Read on to find out.
4.5 Overall rating
(12 reviews)Very well built, economical vehicle. Occasionally get over 700 miles on a tank of gas. Love the B transmission mode, which limits lot of the braking in city driving. This feature must be frequently reset for use in models after 2017, making it now less convenient to use. In newer models I miss the the transmission lever--not a fan of push button transmission control. In my 2017 model I wish the cruise control did not switch off below 45 mph.
Best car ever love the gas savings and the back up camera
It is extremely quiet! It rides extremely smooth and the seats are very comfortable. It is worth the extra money for the touring model because of the quiet, comfort and smoothness.
I love the features in this vehicle, particularly the great gas mileage. It is a great value. I would compare it the Camry XSE Hybrid. Very stylish and wonderful performance.
Smooth driving with adequate power. Love it. Just planning to put custom wheels on it.
