Why it stands out
The 2017 Ford Edge distinguishes itself in the competitive crossover market by offering a solid balance of performance, comfort, and versatile space. It boasts a spacious cabin with ample cargo room, making it an excellent choice for family outings or weekend getaways. With three engine choices that range from a fuel-efficient 2.0-liter EcoBoost to a powerful 2.7-liter engine in the Sport trim, the Edge caters to a variety of driving preferences. While its exterior design may not be the most audacious, it has enough flair with its sleek lines to catch the eye. Comfort is emphasized with well-appointed interiors and a smooth ride, although some lower-quality materials in specific areas may detract from the overall feel. The riding experience is complemented by a user-friendly infotainment system, and its variety of safety features, although available only on higher trims, ensure peace of mind for drivers and passengers alike.

I never had a problem with my 2017 Edge. At 65000 miles I got a notice from Ford that due to engine problems they needed to replace engine. Brought it in when they got the engine in stock. No charge. Then got a notice about the transmission. Brought it in. No charge. Car now has 95,000 miles. No problems so far except new battery which Aaa replaced for $85. mechanic told me Ford Edge is the best car Ford makes.

I lucked out and got a good buy. Get an extended warranty. The Titanium trim level has all you need. Waiting for the software update for the infotainment center.

This car is a great car for someone who lives in a winter climate. It has great clearance and with snow tires can easily go through a foot of snow with the all-wheel-drive model with no worries! I like that has space for my kids and my stuff. I like that it’s comfortable and it’s not too big. I like that it’s easy on gas!
