Worst of the worst, they hang up the phone on me because I asked them how much was the price of the car including all the fees, and they said: they said why I was keeping use in the word fees. The car was listed for $17,998 and after everything $32,000

Abunch of scammers, never real price. Blames the website for incorrect info and never had vehicle listed as it was “sold” and tries to push off a more expensive car with more miles on you. Do not recommend

Would give less than one star if possible. Was told I could come test drive the car, drove an hour and 40 minutes to get there and was told the car had a salvaged title and was not available unless I wanted to buy it as is with a compromised title. Total scam

They have dealer fees and you will never know until you visit them. Technically they charged more money differently. I just waste my time to visit them. Poor experience. Never expected to know they have $1995 dealer fees. Btw they called it signing fees. I was cash buy and why should we sign or signing to what ?

List cars milage incorrectly and accident history is not always disclosed or disclosed properly. They listed no accident and 36k miles. I looked the carfax up on my own and it did have an accident and more miles then they said. 2 other cars I looked up from their lot which they listed also had incorrect milage vs the car fax. Additionally one car was in 3 accidents and the other was in 4. Deals that look too good to be true. . Research your purchase.

I went over 2 hours for a 2018 Camry called 3 times week before was told it was clear title and available and sure enough it was avails and not clear title I walked with cash on hand called out of work I should of went off other reviews BUYERS BEAWARE

Called few weeks ago on a 2017 Toyota highlander, I was told it has been sold, they sent me their website to view the cars they have in their lot. After about 4 weeks they still have the same car posted. This dealership post great deal cars to lure customers in. This is a bad representation

Ridiculous and bad business practices...12,900 car that was a great deal even with high mileage would have wound up being almost 17k after added dealer charges. Fortunately, I insisted on vehicle price breakdown before driving 77 miles one way.

They responded promptly and were very courteous. Unfortunately the car was already sold but did offer to help me find another. Seemed to be a nice dealership.

Professional, helpful and effectient

Totally misleading advertising. Called to verify that the 2 cars that I was interested in were still available but when I arrived they claim that the vehicles were sent back to the auction because of title problems, however those vehicles are still being advertised as available on the website. This is a common theme based on other reviews I've read.

They contacted me soon after and provided me with the information i had requested, i wished they had said if the car was certified or not.

I contacted the dealer and setup an appointment to see a specific vehicle. I was an hour and a half away so I wanted to confirm the vehicle was there and available. After talking to a salesman, I made my way to the dealership only to get there and have them tell me they sold the vehicle to someone else 15 minutes earlier. Pretty crappy business practice in my opinion. I won’t be ever taking my business there in the future.
