I think the feature set on this vehicle is nice for a 2016. The value is in the sporty fun, the practicality of a hatchback’s storage space, and convenience of CarPlay. I’d compare this to a sport trim Honda Fit, Civic coupe, or maybe a Mazdaspeed 3.

Fun to drive and has a great balance of power and fuel economy. There is very limited space under the hood so small fixes like headlights are difficult if you have larger hands. Surprisingly the GTI has more features than a later model TSI. Overall a great car!
