Why it stands out
The 2016 Subaru Outback distinguishes itself with a compelling blend of practicality, comfort, and exceptional safety ratings. As a midsize crossover, it boasts ample cargo space and a user-friendly interior, providing versatility ideal for family adventures or daily commutes. With a powerful 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine generating 175 horsepower, it balances efficiency and performance remarkably well, especially when considering its all-wheel-drive capability, which makes it adept at navigating various terrains and weather conditions.
In addition to its robust performance, the Outback is equipped with top-tier safety features, a hallmark of the Subaru brand. Awarded a 5-star federal crash test rating, coupled with advanced safety technologies such as the optional EyeSight suite that includes collision warning and automatic braking, it ensures peace of mind for families. Owner reviews highlight not only the comfort and spacious cabin but also commend the car’s handling and ride quality, creating a well-rounded driving experience. However, while some have mentioned concerns about the leather seat quality, the Outback’s practicality and ability to endure daily driving challenges continue to make it a sought-after choice.

love my car so far, very smooth driving and the bluetooth is a nice feature as well as the heated seats, my model doesn’t have the sunroof which is a bummer but overall the vehicle is a beaut. very spacious for me and my dogs when we travel in the car for extended periods of time; and ample trunk space for anything we may pick up on the way.

It’s my first time getting a Subaru and an Outback. It’s the limited and it drives very nice, I’m actually very impressed with how well it feels. We have 3 kids ages 11, 9, 5 and they fit in the back just fine. I like how I still feel somewhat off the ground but yet get the car gas mileage. I’d say it compares to my Highlander we had just no 3rd row.
