These Outbacks come with ample legroom for tall drivers, with long legs (me). Great visibility and the ground clearance of the traditional SUVs, CRVs, RAV4S, ET.C. The clincher for me is the AWD. Skip the snow tires if you live in the GTA. Thats a grift by tire industry! Car construction is great; produced in the US. Built like Toyotas!!

Reviewed a 2015 Subaru 3.6R Limited on Jul 4, 2025
My mother recently purchased a brand new Outback in 2023 and from the drives I’ve taken in it, all of the safety features and the body style, center of gravity and comfort led me to look for used Outbacks for my next purchase. I was not disappointed in the 2015 and I will have a hard time wanting to sit in any other car without a 6-cylinder engine. The Limited trim is perfectly comfortable: the same EyeSight features and safety focuses accomplish the same as a brand new year model but with a touch of “retro” flair in the (arguably dated but, I don’t mind) screen, the accent lighting in the cab and less is more approach of the interiors.

The Subaru Outback 3.6R is the absolute best iteration of the Outback. Test driven model years 2013, 2015 & 2019 and the Outback just gets better and better. If you can find a 3.6R Limited trim level, be quick to snatch it up before I do -- LOL! I truly believe this wagon is worth every penny.
