This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 30.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

What is the 2015 Nissan Murano's resale value?

The current average of $10,642 sits slightly below last year's $11,842.

That price movement suggests the Murano has softened in the used market, which can limit upside if you plan to sell soon. For you, that means resale value is likely to depend more on condition, mileage, and maintenance history than on broad market momentum. Well-kept examples should still attract interest, especially if they present cleanly and drive well.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2015 Nissan Murano or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 30.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 61.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.14% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2016 if:

• At $11,611, the 2016 costs more than the current year's $10,642 average.
• It adds bolder styling with a more dramatic, modern look.

The bottom line: If you want the better value play, the 2015 is the stronger starting point because it combines lower pricing with solid owner satisfaction. If you are willing to pay more for a fresher visual update, the 2016 is the better secondary path.
