How much does the 2015 Honda Accord cost?

Prices have held steady compared to this time last year, signaling a stable and predictable market for this model year.

There are 2,055 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2015 Honda Accord a good car?

Yes — you’re looking at a 4.75/5 user-rated car with an 8.17/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Performance at 10/10.

Drivers consistently praise its reliability, smooth driving experience, and fuel efficiency. The Accord also comes through as a strong value for the price, and many owners see it as a practical fit for families or new drivers.

That lines up with the Accord’s role as a polished midsize sedan that aims to do everything well rather than chase flash. If you want a broadly capable daily driver with a strong reputation for usefulness, this year fits that brief.

Good and great deals account for 30.6% of listings, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities in the market.

Is the 2015 Honda Accord reliable?

Owners rate it 4.75/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback repeatedly points to reliability, and the car is also described as a great value that many drivers feel comfortable recommending for families and new drivers. The expert review adds that it is well engineered and likely to provide dependable service day in and day out for many years.

The cost-effectiveness review also says the Accord is quite reliable and holds its value over time. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that some trims carry infotainment-related complaints, so condition and equipment history matter.

What should I look for when buying a used 2015 Honda Accord?

At 46.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and then prioritize a careful pre-purchase inspection. Focus on signs of prior bodywork, uneven panel gaps, and any evidence that repairs were done poorly or incompletely.

Pay close attention to how the car presents overall, especially if you’re shopping for one of the better-equipped trims where feature complexity can add ownership headaches. A clean, well-documented example is the safest path.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Accord is offered in LX, Sport, EX, EX-L and Touring trim levels. The base LX is fairly well equipped, but the Sport adds a firmer suspension and unique 18-inch wheels, while the EX and above bring more convenience and technology. If you want the best value, the Sport stands out for adding a more engaging setup without jumping all the way to the pricier luxury-oriented trims.
• Powertrain: You can choose between a 4-cylinder and a V6 gasoline engine, or between a gas-electric and a plug-in gas-electric engine. The 4-cylinder is described as smooth, refined and sprightly, while the V6 is the stronger choice for quicker acceleration.
• Safety package: Honda’s LaneWatch blind-spot monitoring system, lane-departure warning system and forward-collision warning system are tied to higher trims, and the Sport cannot get them. A rear-view camera is standard on every Accord.
• Infotainment: The Accord Sport uses an 8-inch display screen with Bluetooth, text-messaging support, a USB port and an auxiliary input jack. Satellite radio, HondaLink services with Aha connectivity, navigation and adaptive cruise control require higher trims.
• Fuel efficiency: The 4-cylinder test car returned around 26 mpg in the city and 35 mpg on the highway, and the review notes that the Accord is effortlessly fuel-efficient. The hybrid is also cited as delivering 50 mpg for city driving.

Which 2015 Honda Accord trim should I buy?

The 2015 Honda Accord is offered in 5 trim levels: LX, Sport, EX, EX-L and Touring.

Here's the short version:

• LX: This is the value-focused starting point, and it still comes with dual-zone automatic climate control, an 8-inch display screen, Bluetooth, text-messaging support, a rear-view camera and 16-inch alloy wheels. It makes sense if you want the lowest-cost path into the Accord without giving up the basics.
• Sport: This is the best-value trim if you want a more engaging drive, because it adds a small bump in power, paddle shifters, a firmer suspension, 18-inch aluminum wheels and an 8-way power driver’s seat. It is the trim to choose if you care more about driving feel than extra tech.
• EX: This trim adds 17-inch aluminum wheels, a power sunroof, keyless entry with push-button start, LaneWatch blind-spot monitoring and an upgraded sound system. It’s the right step up if you want more convenience and safety tech.
• EX-L: This is the comfort-oriented choice, with leather upholstery, heated front seats, a 4-way power passenger seat and a touchscreen infotainment system with HondaLink, satellite radio and Aha smartphone media connection. It also adds forward-collision and lane-departure warning systems.
• Touring: This is the top trim, and it comes with the V6 engine and navigation as standard equipment, plus LED headlights and adaptive cruise control. Choose it if you want the most content and the strongest standard equipment list.

The safety-package limitation is worth remembering: the Sport cannot get Honda’s LaneWatch, lane-departure warning or forward-collision warning systems.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Honda Accord?

The market looks selective rather than overheated, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,055 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 46.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $12,730, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2015 Honda Accord's resale value?

The current average of $13,243 sits slightly below last year's $13,322.

That small decline suggests the market has been stable rather than volatile, which is helpful if you plan to sell later. A steady price pattern can make it easier to estimate your exit value and avoid sharp depreciation surprises.

Because the Accord also has strong owner satisfaction and a reputation for reliability, it should continue to attract used-car shoppers who want a dependable midsize sedan. That kind of demand helps support resale value over time.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.75/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2015 Honda Accord safe?

The 2015 Accord earns a five-star overall rating from NHTSA.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Honda’s safety content notes that the Accord’s packaging limits access to some active safety features on lower trims. LaneWatch blind-spot monitoring, lane-departure warning and forward-collision warning are not available on the Sport, and HondaLink’s Automatic Collision Notification does not apply to the LX or Sport. A rear-view camera is standard on every Accord.

The main caveat is that the Sport trim misses out on several of Honda’s better driver-assistance features, so safety-minded shoppers may want to move up a trim.

Should I buy a 2015 Honda Accord or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 30.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 46.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.75/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It is presented as an exceptionally well-engineered midsize sedan with dependable service and broad everyday competence.

Consider the 2014 if:

• At $11,903, the 2014 costs less than the current year's $13,243 average.
• It emphasizes value, polish, and broad owner praise for reliability and comfort.

Consider the 2016 if:

• At $14,248, the 2016 costs more than the current year's $13,243 average.
• It brings several improvements while remaining a strong choice for buyers who want a comfortable, reliable sedan.

The bottom line: The 2015 is the right pick if you want a stable-price Accord with strong owner satisfaction and broad all-around competence. If you’re especially price-sensitive, the 2014 is the better budget path; if you want to spend more for a newer version, the 2016 is the natural upgrade.
