How much does the 2015 Chevrolet Camaro cost?

Prices have softened 4.24% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,128 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of used Camaros to compare.

Is the 2015 Chevrolet Camaro a good car?

Yes — the 2015 Chevrolet Camaro earns a 4.6/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its thrilling driving experience, power, and stylish design, and many also like it as a summer car, especially in convertible form. For you, that means this model year fits best if you want a used performance car with retro-inspired looks and a fun, open-road personality. With 29.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still room to shop selectively.

Is the 2015 Chevrolet Camaro reliable?

Owners rate it 4.6/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also leans toward dependable enjoyment, with many describing the car as fun to live with over time and worth counting on for spirited driving. At the same time, some owners mention occasional performance issues, including engine stalling in traffic, so a careful pre-purchase check matters. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the specific car you choose has been maintained well and does not show signs of recurring mechanical trouble.

What should I look for when buying a used 2015 Chevrolet Camaro?

At 54.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can screen for accidents, title issues, and repeated claims. After that, prioritize a thorough inspection of the car’s mechanical condition, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage example or one with performance modifications. Because some owners have reported visibility concerns and occasional engine stalling, it’s smart to focus on how the car drives, idles, and shifts during a test drive.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Chevrolet Camaro?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 29.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,128 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.24% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 54.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $15,004, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2015 Chevrolet Camaro's resale value?

The current average of $15,514 sits slightly below last year's $16,202.

That softer pricing suggests the Camaro is in a buyer-friendly phase right now, which can help you if you’re purchasing used but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. Even so, the model’s strong enthusiast appeal and recognizable styling can help support demand when you eventually list it. If you buy carefully and keep the car in good condition, you should have a better shot at preserving value than with a less desirable performance coupe.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 29.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 54.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.24% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.6/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2016 if:

• At $21,985, the 2016 costs more than the current year's $15,514 average.
• It brings a fully redesigned platform with more refinement and updated tech.

The bottom line: If you want the better value and a classic fifth-generation Camaro experience, the 2015 is the smarter starting point. If you’re willing to pay more for a newer, more refined redesign, the 2016 is the better upgrade path. For price-sensitive buyers, the 2015 offers the stronger balance of cost, satisfaction, and availability.
