At 60.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with prior damage or inconsistent records. A pre-purchase inspection should be a priority, especially on a luxury sedan where repair costs can climb quickly if something has been overlooked. Focus closely on condition, maintenance history, and any signs that the car has been used hard or repaired poorly.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 BMW 7 Series?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 331 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.54% compared with last year.

What is the 2015 BMW 7 Series's resale value?

The current average of $13,472 sits slightly below last year's $15,230.

That softer pricing suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, it also means resale value may depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the car has been maintained. Well-kept examples should hold up better than average because buyers in this segment tend to reward strong presentation and a premium ownership feel.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.33/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2015 BMW 7 Series or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 60.4% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.54% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.33/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2015 is a strong choice if you want a luxury flagship with proven owner appeal and a softer current price than a year ago. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on the cleanest, best-documented example rather than chasing the lowest sticker price alone.
