The response we received after 3 days was just a thank you for reaching out. My husband went there day after our first attempt to reach out. Firstly, this dealership has two different names they advertise under on this website... When you get there it has a completely different name. He was there for a half hour waiting to be assisted. He ended up asking a receptionist/customer service rep. about the car in which she said the car isn't there and they are understaffed. He ended up asking a salesman about the car outside and he said he wasn't sure and to look himself in the lot outside the dealership and across the street. He ended up leaving. We went there again two days later and were never assisted or even asked if we needed help although their were employees everywhere. We ended up looking around ourselves and leaving. As far as professionalism goes, this place is lacking. We ended up purchasing a car somewhere else."
