At the same time, some owners flag air suspension concerns, so long-term ownership risk is best managed by checking service history and condition closely before you buy.

What should I look for when buying a used 2014 Porsche Panamera?

At 66.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any prior damage was repaired properly. Put inspection priority on suspension condition, especially if the car has air suspension, and pay close attention to signs of uneven wear, warning lights, or inconsistent ride quality. Focus on overall maintenance records and cosmetic condition so you can separate well-kept examples from cars that may need expensive catch-up work.

What is the 2014 Porsche Panamera's resale value?

The current average of $22,184 sits slightly below last year's $22,849.

That softer pricing can help you buy more selectively now, but it also suggests future sellers may face some pressure if the market stays loose. If you keep the car in strong condition and maintain it well, you can help protect value when it is time to sell. Demand should remain supported by the model’s strong owner satisfaction and performance reputation.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2014 Porsche Panamera or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2014 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2014 if:

• 34.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 66.8% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.91% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2014 is a strong choice if you want the updated first-generation Panamera with solid owner satisfaction and a market that still offers some deal potential. If you are especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on the best-maintained example rather than the newest badge alone.
