The 2013 Azera, Hyundai’s full-size, 4-door sedan answer to competitors like the Chrysler 300, Ford Taurus and Toyota Avalon, is one year removed from a major makeover, which included upgrades to its appearance and a brand-new engine. A technology package is also available for the 2013 Hyundai Azera. Among the upgrades included as part of this package are a panoramic tilt-and-slide sunroof, power rear window sunshade, power tilt-and-telescopic steering wheel with audio, Bluetooth and cruise controls, ventilated front seats, a 14-speaker 550-watt Infinity AM/FM/SiriusXM/CD/MP3 Logic 7 Surround Sound audio system, HID xenon headlights, rear parking assist and 19-inch silver aluminum alloy wheels. Hyundai offers a number of safety and security features, such as a 9-airbag safety system—2 front airbags, 4 front and rear side-impact airbags, 2 side-curtain airbags, and a driver’s knee airbag—a 4-wheel disc antilock braking system with brake assist and electronic brakeforce distribution, electronic stability control with a traction control system, a tire pressure monitoring system and an antitheft system with engine immobilizer.
