“Wonderful car!”

This car has been very reliable and fun to drive. I would recommend this car to anyone who needs a comfy car with room for kids and groceries. I love the way that it runs in the winter it kept us safe and warm.

Then they asked us to fill out some forms - one of them being an authorization to do a credit check. We signed it after we double-checked the price with them for the color we liked. To our surprise, after they did the credit check, they asked for twice more on the color we liked. We obviously didn't take it and asked them to remove the credit check. After calling them many times they did not fix that. They called us again with a new offer and mentioned this is to make up for their mistake. Today I saw in my Credit Karma account that they had made a second hard inquiry on the day they called me with that offer. Apparently they used the same forms and made two hard inquiries. This negatively impacted my credit score and they did not take any action to correct their mistake. Avoid this place. "
