Equipped properly, 2011 Toyota Tundras with that setup have a towing capacity of 10,800 pounds. The Tundra’s V8s come with a 6-speed automatic transmission with rear-wheel drive (RWD), with four-wheel drive (4WD) available. The V6 has a 5-speed automatic and comes in RWD. Experts would love to see a diesel engine added to the powerplant options.
